A downloadable game

Only tested this once with my fiance, so apologies if its totally broken/awful. Just an idea I had about Gerrymandering and how to turn it into a game. Maybe educational? But probably not.

Its a zip file with 2 png. One is prefilled for 2 players. The other is blank. You'll figure it out.
